The story behind the picture book
‘Good Morning Mrs Duck’ is inspired by true events experienced by me - the author! I live on the south coast of England by an estuary and have spotted over 40 species of birds! Some often come on my balcony. I had envisioned creating a homage to a selection of these wonderful thriving British Birds but it never came together. Until one day, on a sunny spring morning my inspiration literally flew to me - Mrs Duck! And the story fell in place…!
